Acid Rain Production is very pleased to present "Craigslist", by David Dunn. David Dunn received his BFA from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers, New Brunswick in 2001. He is a member of the Small Change Film Screening Series, co-curator of Copy Gallery, and a member of Space 1026. He lives and works in Philadelphia. Craigslist is a collection of over 1,200 images pulled from Craigslist.com during the period between January 12 and January 22, 2009. I searched through all of the North American listings for TV’s for sale and pulled the uploaded pictures that had images on their screens. I sought to create a narrative using the top down corporate structure of televised images. Catching a brief glimpse inside the homes of others one is left to imagine the rest of their life outside of the frame. More info about David can be found at the following links:
